We are building a workforce of qualified teachers that represent the children and families they serve.

Our apprenticeship programs include workshops that build professional development and employability skills, as well as provide wrap-around services for participants in need of additional support. Through our program, individuals will receive state and nationally recognized certifications and credentials in early childhood development and are exposed

to all industry-related careers such as speech pathology, nutrition, physical therapy, and mental health. ITAV’s Early Childhood Workforce programs also seek to expose individuals of color to these professions where there is a critical need for diversity in providers.
